Carly Sipe

Carly was born and raised in Olympia, WA. After graduating from Olympia High School, she attended the University of Dayton in Ohio where she played soccer and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 2023, Carly moved home to Olympia and became the first female advisor on the team. She is licensed with her SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, and is currently studying to earn the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She enjoys working with clients to help them become clear on their financial goals and to build and implement a plan to achieve them.
After three years of coaching with the Olympia High School Girls Soccer team (her alma mater), Carly took a step back from her coaching role in 2025 when her and her husband Hunter welcomed their daughter, Sawyer. Carly continues to stay involved in the community by volunteering on the boards of the Olympia Education Foundation and the MultiCare NextGen Advisory Council.
In her spare time, Carly loves to spend time with her husband Hunter and daughter, Sawyer, play soccer, run, and travel.
